J O Hambro Capital Management Double Stake In Northgate To 10% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Northgate PLC said J O Hambro Capital Management Ltd doubled its stake in the van rental firm after a transaction on Friday.

Hambro held 13.3 million voting rights in Northgate after the deal, equivalent to a 10.0% stake in the 133.2 million shares outstanding. Prior to the deal, Hambro held a 5.1% stake in the firm.

Shares in Northgate closed 2.3% higher at 316.40 pence on Friday.
