LONDON (Alliance News) - Office space firm IWG PLC said on Thursday that Non-Executive Director Elmar Heggen will be leaving after nine years, as it made two new board appointments.
Heggen will depart after IWG's annual general meeting on May 14.
IWG also appointed Laurie Harris as a non-executive director, joining on the day Heggen leaves. Harris spent 38 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, most recently as a global engagement audit partner.
Nina Henderson also has been appointed as a non-executive director, with responsibility for workforce engagement and corporate responsibility.
Shares in IWG were 0.8% lower on Thursday at a price of 229.00 pence each.
