LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy storage and clean fuel company ITM Power PLC on Thursday said it has signed a deal with fuel cell systems company Symbio FCell and engineering services business Arcola Energy.
Under the deal, the trio will provide an integrated package of zero emission commercial vehicles, on-site fuel and after-sales support for UK commercial fleet operators, ITM said. Symbio FCell has integrated its fuel cell range extender into the Renault Kangoo ZE-H2 vehicle, and ITM will provide the fuel for the vehicle, while Arcola will provide the aftersales support.
Financial details on the agreement were not disclosed.
"We are delighted to be working again on the return-to-base fleet refuelling model with commercial vehicles that are backed by an OEM and have a full after-sales support package. We look forward to selling refuelling stations into this important emerging market with Symbio FCell and Arcola Energy as our partners," said Graham Cooley, said ITM Power's chief executive.
