LONDON (Alliance News) - Polymers manufacturer Itaconix PLC said Wednesday that it has raised a total of GBP3.5 million via a share open offer and subscription.
The company raised GBP120,000 through an open offer of 5.9 million shares and a further GBP10,000 through US subscription of 350,000 shares.
This came after the company raised GBP3.4 million through placing at 2 pence per share, announced earlier in July.
Shares in Itaconix were down 4.4% at 2.20 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
