LONDON (Alliance News) - ISG PLC Friday said it has secured a GBP32 million fit-out project with Arcadia at the fashion retailer's UK headquarters in the West End of London.
It will reconfigure and fit out four storeys of existing accommodation to create new offices for the owner of high street fashion brands including, Burton, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfridge, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN.
"We continue to be encouraged by noticeable improvements in the volume, scale and quality of London commercial office fit out projects reaching the market," ISG Chief Executive David Lawther said in a statement.
ISG shares were up 0.9% at 240.6 pence Friday morning.
