LONDON (Alliance News) - ISG PLC Tuesday said it has won a project worth about GBP30 million to refurbish floors one to six of the Art Deco Adelphi Building which overlooks the Victoria Embankment in London.
In a statement, the company said it will deliver about 190,000 square foot of high-specification office accommodation across the six floors of the Grade II listed building, which will be part occupied during the project.
The project was awarded by investment firm Blackstone.
"The London office market continues to gather momentum, with ISG adding some of London's most iconic buildings to our portfolio of recent high-profile wins," ISG Chief Executive David Lawther said.
ISG shares were up 0.5% at 314.58 pence Tuesday morning.
