(Alliance News) - Ironveld PLC on Tuesday said Duncan Harvey has stepped down from the board with immediate effect.
Ironveld, which owns an iron, vanadium, and titanium project in Limpopo, South Africa, said the former non-executive left the company as he has relocated to Australia.
Chair Giles Clarke said: "I would like to express, on behalf of the board, sincere thanks to Duncan Harvey for his invaluable contribution to the company over his tenure on the board. We wish him all the very best for the future."
Shares in Ironveld closed 0.8% lower at 0.62 pence each in London on Tuesday.
