LONDON (Alliance News) - Ironveld PLC on Wednesday said it will issue shares in order to cover fees payable to consultants.
The company, which is behind the Ironveld iron, vanadium and titanium project in South Africa, said it would issue 753,296 shares at 7.5 pence per share, raising a total of GBP56,497.20 to cover the consultant fees.
Shares in Ironveld were untraded Wednesday, having last traded at 7.30 pence.
