LONDON (Alliance News) - IronRidge Resources Ltd said Monday it started an exploration drilling programme at the Cape Coast lithium portfolio, in Ghana.
The company commenced a 3,000 metres reverse circulation drilling programme at the Abonko target and Ewoyaa Lithium project, with a 1,000 metres diamond drilling programme planned on completion.
Chief Executive Officer Vincent Mascolo said: "We are pleased with the progress of field activities at the Cape Coast lithium portfolio.
"We are advancing on multiple fronts including exploration and resource drilling, implementing metallurgical sampling and test-work programmes, and advancing regional exploration programmes."
IronRidge Resources shares were trading down 0.7% at 19.00 pence each.
