Irish harmonised inflation slows to 2.6% on-year in January — CSO

(Alliance News) - Ireland's annual harmonised consumer price index inflation rate decelerated in January, data published by the Central Statistics Office showed Friday.

The country's harmonised annual CPI inflation rate, which allows for EU-wide comparison, slowed to 2.6% in January from 2.7% in December.

Monthly, harmonised consumer prices fell 1.0% in January in Ireland, after climbing 0.6% in December.
