22nd Aug 2025 11:17

(Alliance News) - Irish producer prices fell at a slower pace last month, numbers on Friday showed.

According to the nation's Central Statistics Office, producer prices declined 3.5% on-year in July, easing from a steeper 4.6% fall in June.

Producer prices have been in deflationary territory on an annual basis every month of the year so far, bar in January when they increased 2.1%.

On-month, producer prices declined 0.5% in July, after a 2.0% fall in June from May.
