(Alliance News) - IQGeo Group PLC said Thursday Kestrel Partners LLP co-founder Max Royde has been appointed non-executive director of the geospatial software maker with immediate effect.
Royde will replace Non-Executive Director Oliver Scott who stands down with immediate effect.
Royde is co-founder of fund management business Kestrel, which hold a 24% stake in IQGeo. He also serves as non-executive at Ingenta PLC and IDE Group Holdings PLC.
Shares in IQGeo closed 1.1% lower at 45.00 pence in London on Thursday.
