LONDON (Alliance News) - IPSA Group PLC on Thursday said Chief Executive Phil Metcalf died suddenly on Tuesday.
Peter Earl, a non-executive director, has taken up the role of acting chief executive in the interim.
Metcalf had been the company's CEO since September 2011.
"On behalf of the company, I would like to express our appreciation for the contribution Phil has made. He was a leader of integrity and honesty, who was dedicated to his work and will be difficult for us to replace. He will be greatly missed," said IPSA Chairman Richard Linnell.
IPSA shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 3.125 pence.
