IPPlus Says New Contract Will Generate GBP1 Million In First 6 Months

25th Sep 2015 07:04

LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology and business services company IPPlus PLC said on Friday that its new contract for an unnamed department store, flagged earlier this year, will exceed GBP1 million in revenue in the initial six months of the deal.

IPPlus said the deal will start in October this year and will require a significant increase in agents for its Ansaback call centre business. The deal also replaces a material revenue contribution the business had on its books in recent years but which the contract for recently expired.

"We are delighted to have been awarded this prestigious contract. The utilisation of our own technology and the impressive resilience of our own disaster recovery facility provide premier clients with confidence in our ability to meet their expectations for delivery of service," said IPPlus Chief Executive William Catchpole.
