LONDON (Alliance News) - DeepMatter Group PLC said Tuesday that IP Group PLC had increased its stake in the big data and analysis company to 36% after a transaction on Friday.
IP Group raised its holding to 267 million shares. Prior to the transaction, IP Group held a 28% stake in the company.
DeepMatter also said on Tuesday that Richard Griffiths and family had decreased his stake in the company to 22% after a transaction on Friday.
Griffiths lowered his holding to 165 million shares. Prior to the transaction, Griffiths held a 29% stake in the company.
Shares in DeepMatter closed down 9.4% at 3.12 pence per share on Tuesday.
