LONDON (Alliance News) - IP Group PLC said Friday that Mike Humphrey intends to step down and retire as chairman and director for personal reasons as soon as a suitable replacement is recruited.
Humphrey joined the IP Group's board in October 2011 as a non-executive director and became non-executive chairman in March 2015.
The intellectual property commercialisation company also said that Heejae Chae has been appointed as non-executive director with immediate effect, while Lynn Gladden intends to step down as non-executive director by end of 2018.
Chae is chief executive of Scapa Group PLC, a supplier of products for healthcare and industrial markets.
Shares in IP Group were up 0.2% at 135.20 pence in morning trade.
