LONDON (Alliance News) - Iodine producer Iofina PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Neil Hekking as its chief financial officer and as an executive director with immediate effect.
In conjunction with Hekking's appointment, Finance Director Michael Coddington will step down from the board but will remain with the company as financial controller.
Hekking is the former group corporate controller of TASI Group, the testing and inspection company.
Shares in Iofina were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 24.28 pence.
