LONDON (Alliance News) - Rose Petroleum PLC on Friday said that, following a share sale on Thursday, investor Marcus Garvie "no longer holds a notifiable interest" in the company's capital.
As at March 4, Garvie held a 4.3% stake in the AIM-listed oil & gas firm.
Rose Petroleum shares were trading up 6.1% at 1.75 pence each on Friday afternoon.
