LONDON (Alliance News) - Union Jack Oil PLC on Friday said that British private investor Christopher Williams lowered its stake in the company to below the 3% threshold.
After a transaction concluded on Thursday, Williams, also known as 'Chris Oil' due to its interests in various oil and gas firms, took its previously 7% holding in Union Jack to below 3%.
Union Jack Oil shares were trading up 2.3% at 0.090 pence each.
