LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment firm Vinaland Ltd said Monday a subsidiary of its investment manager has increased its stake in the firm to 42% in a transaction last Thursday.
Asia Investment & Finance Ltd - a subsidiary of investment manager VinaCapital Group - held 60.8 million shares in Vinaland after the transaction, equivalent to a 41.5% stake in the 146.6 million shares in the firm.
Prior to the transaction, Asia Investment & Finance held a 36.3% stake in Vinaland. It had boosted this stake to that level in late December.
Shares in Vinaland were 36% lower at USD0.0090 on Monday.
