LONDON (Alliance News) - Investec PLC Tuesday said that its Non-Executive Chairman David Prosser has decided to retire following the company's annual general meeting on August 7.
The specialist bank and asset manager said Prosser will step down on August 8 and Fani Titi, who has been serving as Joint Chairman of the Boards, will now assume the role of sole Chairman of the Boards on the same day.
The company said Prosser has played an invaluable role at the company since joining the Boards in 2006.
Investec shares were down 0.9% to 530.00 pence on Tuesday.
