(Alliance News) - Anglo-South African wealth management company Investec Bank PLC on Monday gave notice for the exercise of an issuer call option for three classes of notes under Impala bonds programme.
The notice applies to the GBP24.5 million floating rate notes due 2023, the GBP24.0 million Impala secures BT bond 4.20% fixed-to-floating noted due 2025, and GBP30.0 million Impala secures Aviva PLC 5.125% foxed-to-floating notes due 2050 under its GBP2.00 billion Impala bonds programme.
"Following the payment by the Issuer of the optional redemption amount in respect of each note, the notes shall be redeemed in full and cancelled, and the Issuer shall have no further obligations to noteholders in respect of the notes," said Investec.
Shares in Investec ended 0.4% higher at 191.10 pence in London and down 0.2% at ZAR38.51 in Johannesburg on Monday.
