(Alliance News) - Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC on Tuesday said it has appointed Graham Paterson as a non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
The investment trust said Paterson is a chartered accountant and has over 20 years of experience in the private equity industry. He was one of the founding partners of SL Capital Partners LLP, formerly Standard Life Investments (Private Equity) Ltd, where he was a partner and director until 2010.
Paterson currently serves as a non-executive director of Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust PLC and Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT PLC. He also is non-executive chairman of Datactics Ltd.
Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies shares were down 0.1% at 525.34 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
