(Alliance News)- Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Co's Investment Trust PLC said Monday it has declared a third interim dividend of 3.75 pence per share.
The investment company said the third interim dividend payment for the year ended January 31, will be payable on March 2020 to ordinary shareholders on the register on February 21.
The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on February 20, the company noted.
In October the company had declared a second interim dividend of 3.75p per share, the same as the first interim dividend, announced in July.
Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Co's shares closed broadly flat at 618.00p each on Monday in London.
