LONDON (Alliance News) - Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income Ltd said on Monday it has been informed by Invesco Fund Managers Ltd that it intends to step down as fund manager to the company.
The investment company said that further discussions will be required for a transitional period, and that the investment management agreement can be terminated on a 12-month written notice.
Alongside the discussions, Invesco Perpetual Enhanced will start a process to find proposals from potential managers.
Shares Invesco Perpetual Enhanced Income were down 5.8% at 75.55 pence on Monday.
