LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100 retail property investor Intu Properties PLC on Monday said Chief Operating Officer Mike Butterworth will retire at the end of the year.
Intu said the process of determining how to replace Butterworth has started and further details will be announced in due course.
Butterworth joined the company in 2010 following the acquisition of the Intu Trafford Centre site for GBP1.65 billion, the largest single property acquisition in UK history.
Shares in Intu were down 0.4% to 316.00 pence on Monday morning.
