LONDON (Alliance News) - Interserve PLC Thursday said that it has won a five-year facilities management contract worth GBP150 million with the British Broadcasting Corporation.
The support services and construction company said that the deal with the BBC involves the management and delivery of services at over 150 facilities across the UK, including Broadcasting House in London, MediaCityUK in Salford, Pacific Quay in Glasgow, and all other BBC operational sites.
The contract includes provisions to be extended for up to four more years.
Interserve said that the new contract extends its existing relationship with the broadcaster.
Shares in the company were up 0 Thursday morning, trading at 604.00 pence per share.
