LONDON (Alliance News) - Interserve PLC Tuesday said it has been selected to build a new costume centre for the Royal Opera House in Purfleet, Essex.
The centre is due to open in September 2015 and will be part of the High House Production Park, a cultural hub for creative industries in the area.
No financial terms of the contract were disclosed.
The low carbon project is designed to achieve a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology ?excellent? rating.
BREEAM measures how sustainable buildings are and to be classified as ?excellent,? a building must score at least 70% in a BREEAM assessment.
The stock was quoted up 0.7% at 643.50 pence per share Tuesday afternoon.
