LONDON (Alliance News) - InterQuest Group PLC on Tuesday said its chief executive has resigned and said it has continued to see encouraging trading in the first half of the year.
InterQuest, a recruitment company, said Chief Executive Mark Braund has resigned from his role to take up a position with AIM-listed communication services company Coms PLC. InterQuest has started the search for a replacement for Braund, who will remain as a non-executive director on the company's board.
InterQuest also said it traded well in the first half of the year, with net fee income up by 6% and adjusted earnings before interest and tax rising 16% in the period.
Shares in the company were up 1.2% to 84.9999 pence on Tuesday.
