LONDON (Alliance News) - InternetQ PLC said Monday that it had agreed to acquire Mexican mobile marketing, television and radio content provider UpMobile Corp.
No financial details of the acquisition were provided.
The company said that the acquisition of UpMobile will help to increase its existing presence in Latin America following its acquisition of Interacel Holdings LLC earlier in the year.
"Our goal is to maintain the existing lines and further expand UpMobile's business through InternetQ's product portfolio and know-how," said Chief Executive Panagiotis Dimitropoulos in a statement.
The company said it will issue a trading update July 15.
Shares in InternetQ were trading up 2.6% at 283.55 pence Monday morning.
