LONDON (Alliance News) - International Public Partnerships Ltd on Thursday said the Amber Consortium has reached financial close on the fourth of five privately-financed batches of schools being delivered under the Priority Schools Building Programme.
The total capital expenditure on the schools in this batch is approximately GBP142 million, with Amber to provide around GBP137 million of this and INPP to provide GBP9.8 million.
Shares in INPP were flat at 137.00 pence on Thursday morning.
