(Alliance News) - International Public Partnerships Ltd on Friday said its investment portfolio has continued to do well, with Covid-19 having limited influence over its portfolio.
The FTSE 250-listed public infrastructure projects and businesses investor said it has seen "no material changes to its operational or financial performance" since the announcement of its interim results in September.
International PPL said it made further investments of approximately GBP9.2 million across education and digital infrastructure sectors since September 10.
In a sector breakdown, Energy Transmission had the highest investment fair value weighting in the company's portfolio at 22%, with both Transport and Education coming in just behind at 19%. Military Housing and Courts had the lowest investment fair value weighting, both sitting at 3%.
Going forward, International PPL said: " The appetite for long-term responsible investment into public and social infrastructure remains high. There continues to be a positive outlook for private sector investment into public infrastructure across the geographies that the company invests in particularly in supporting the post-Covid-19 recovery.
"The pipeline for the types of assets the company invests in is positive and the company remains confident in the ability to continue to source and develop high-quality, well-performing opportunities, across the company's target geographies, that deliver long-term, predictable cash flows with strong inflation-linkage that meet the company's risk-return profile."
International PPL shares were down 0.5% at 170.33 pence each in London on Friday morning.
