LONDON (Alliance News) - International Public Partnerships Ltd on Tuesday said it will appoint the former chief executive of Partnerships UK PLC as its chairman.
Michael Gerrard will initially join the infrastructure investment company as an independent non-executive director, but will succeed Rupert Dorey as chair when he retires on at the end of the year.
In addition to his role at Partnerships UK, Gerrard was also a director of HM Treasury Taskforce and managing director or Thames Water Utilities Ltd.
Shares in International Public Partnerships closed up 0.5% at 156.40 pence on Tuesday.
