(Alliance News) - International Public Partnerships Ltd on Friday said it has hired Sally-Ann David and Meriel Lenfestey as non-executive directors, effective immediately.
David and Lenfestey will replace John Stares and John Whittle, both of whom will be stepping down in March and June respectively.
David is joining the infrastructure investments company from Guernsey Electricity Ltd where she was chief operating officer.
Lenfestey founded a customer experience consultancy with clients ranging from tech start-ups to global corporations, International Public Partnerships said. She currently serves as a non-executive director in infrastructure businesses, an airline and a charity, it added.
"I and my fellow directors are delighted to welcome Sally-Ann and Meriel to the board. Sally-Ann brings significant operational experience in the energy sector, while Meriel brings knowledge of a broad range of businesses including in the technology sector, together with investment trust experience," said Chair Michael Gerrard.
Shares in International Public Partnerships were up 0.9% at 170.39 pence each on Friday morning in London.
