LONDON (Alliance News) - International Personal Finance PLC said Friday it raised GBP39 million through the issue of Swedish Krona denominated unsecured floating rate notes due 2022.
The loan notes were issued under the company's existing euro medium-term note programme. The notes bear interest at local reference rate 3 month subject to zero floor, plus 8.75%.
The international home credit business and digital business said the loan issue is part of its funding strategy to diversify sources of debt funding.
The company made an application for the notes to be listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm AB. The arranger and sole dealer was ABG Sundal Collier.
International Personal Finance shares were trading down 1.3% at 214.40 pence.
