LONDON (Alliance News) - Greeting card and gift manufacturer International Greetings PLC on Friday said it is changing its name to IG Design Group PLC.
The name change will become effective later on Friday, with trading under the new name on the London Stock Exchange effective from Monday. The company's ticker, ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.
"Our new name, IG Design Group PLC, is far more than just a simple change of brand. It is the culmination of our three-year business plan that lays the foundation for the future growth of our business," Chief Executive Paul Fineman said in a statement.
"We have transformed from a gift packaging manufacturer and supplier, to a design focused multi-category business servicing the world's biggest retailers. Our business is a unique blend of creativity and reliability, focused on profit growth. Coming together as one group, with one common goal, not only makes sense for our business objectives, but sets us up as a stronger more cohesive group, one that is designed to succeed," he added.
