LONDON (Alliance News) - Intermediate Capital Group PLC Tuesday said it will close the offer period for its retail bond offer earlier than originally scheduled.
The specialist fund manager, which provides higher yielding debt and equity to mid-sized companies and asset backed sectors, said the offer period will now close at 1200 GMT on Tuesday. It had originally been scheduled to close at the same time on March 18.
The offer of sterling bonds was launched last week. The bonds are to pay fixed interest of 5% per annum and mature in 2023, following on from company's issue of GBP115 million of retail bonds in December 2011 and September 2012.
Intermediate Capital Group shares were up 0.8% at 488.10 pence on Tuesday.
