LONDON (Alliance News) - Intermediate Capital Group PLC said Thursday that Chief Financial Officer Philip Keller will retire from the company during 2019.
Keller has been CFO of the company since 2006. He will remain in his role until a successor is in place to ensure a smooth transition.
The company added that its performance and outlook "remain in line with previous guidance given to the market".
Shares in the asset manager were trading up 0.8% at 1,034.00 pence each.
