LONDON (Alliance News) - Intermediate Capital Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Vijay Bharadia as both chief financial and operations officer from May 2019.
Bharadia will replace Philip Keller, who will retire to pursue interests outside the City. Keller will leave the company following the publication of its annual results and after a handover period.
Bharadia has extensive experience as a chief financial officer in the alternative asset management sector, the firm explained.
Intermediate Capital shares were trading up 0.7% at 1,023.00 pence each Friday.
