(Alliance News) - InterContinental Hotels Group PLC on Tuesday said it has launched a tender offer for its GBP400 million 3.875% notes due 2022.
The FTSE 100-listed company intends to buy back the notes at a purchase price of 104.40% of the principal amount of the notes.
InterContinental Hotels also said that it intends to issue one or two fixed rate euro and sterling denominated notes under its GBP3 billion Euro medium term note programme.
Shares in the FTSE 100-listed company were down 1.0% at 4,100.00 pence each in London on Tuesday morning.
