LONDON (Alliance News) - Cybersecurity company Intercede Group PLC on Wednesday said it has seen strong revenue growth in the first half of its financial year, in line with its expectations and boosted by organic growth and contract wins.
The company said its revenue in the half to the end of September was up more than 35% year-on-year to around GBP5.5 million, helped by an enlarged sales and marketing team. It has continued to invest in recruiting and training specialist technical professionals to back this further growth and said the size of its team grew 10% year-on-year in the first half.
The company said it expects the new contracts it has won to deliver revenue in the second half and beyond and said its strong start has given it a good base to meet market expectations for the full year.
Shares in Intercede were up 4.9% to 118.00 pence in early trade on Wednesday.
