(Alliance News) - IntelliAM PLC on Wednesday announced a "major" expansion of its commercial partnership with bakery brand Hovis Ltd.
The South Yorkshire, England-based provider of AI-driven software solutions for the manufacturing and engineering sectors said the expanded deal involved full deployment of the IntelliAM AI platform across multiple manufacturing sites, integration of IntelliAM smart sensor interfaces across production lines, and ongoing consultancy services.
This deal represents a "ninefold increase" on the original agreement, the company said.
IntelliAM won the initial contract with Hovis in September 2024, to deliver reliability consultancy services across three sites, underpinned by its AI platform. The project delivered gap analyses, criticality assessment and maintenance strategies to enable improvements to production reliability.
Anticipated improvements from the expanded contract are expected to deliver full return on investment within the first year for Hovis.
"This expanded contract represents a significant milestone for IntelliAM, validating the commercial value of our AI-driven solutions. We are proud to be deepening our relationship with Hovis and to be helping them lead the way in transforming UK manufacturing productivity," said IntelliAM Chief Executive Officer Tom Clayton.
Shares in IntelliAM were last traded at 115.00 pence on the Aquis Stock Exchange.
