IntegraFin's Transact arm ends financial year strongly

19th Oct 2021 10:33

(Alliance News) - IntegraFin Holdings PLC on Tuesday said it rounded off its financial year with an increase in funds under direction at its Transact investment platform.

Funds under direction totalled GBP52.11 billion at September 30, up 3.6% quarter-on-quarter and increasing 27% from GBP41.09 billion a year earlier.

London-based IntegraFin noted the quarterly performance compared favourably to two equity indices. Over the quarter, the FTSE All Share Index rose by 1.1% and the MSCI World Index by 2.1%.

Inflows during the period amounted to GBP1.97 billion, while outflows came in at GBP660 million.

It is now a sixth-successive quarterly rise in funds under direction, following a 12% quarter-on-quarter fall in the second quarter of 2020.

"We end our financial year with fourth quarter gross inflows that continue to outperform all previous years, whilst fourth quarter outflows remain stable and consistent with the first three quarters of the year. This has resulted in annual net flows of GBP4.95 billion that have increased 38% year-on-year," Chief Executive Alex Scott said.

Shares in the company were 2.0% higher at 553.00 pence each in London on Tuesday morning.
