LONDON (Alliance News) - IntegraFin Holdings PLC said Wednesday it has promoted one of its non-executive directors, Christopher Munro, to interim non-executive chair.
Munro has been a non-executive director at IntegraFin, the holding company of investment platform Transact, since February 2017 and will serve on an interim basis until a new chairman can be appointed. He succeeds Patrick Snowball, who left the non-executive chair position at IntegraFin to become chair of Provident Financial PLC.
In addition, IntegraFin has appointed Caroline Banszky to its board with immediate effect as a non-executive director. Banszky is currently a non-executive director at 3i Group PLC, as well as at Gore Street Energy Fund Storage Fund Ltd. She was also chief executive of Law Debenture Corporation PLC.
Shares in Integrafin were down 1.3% at 369.00 pence on Wednesday.
