(Alliance News) - IntegraFin Holdings PLC on Wednesday said its co-founder & former chief executive Ian Taylor has died, aged 58.
Taylor founded the London-based investment platform in 1999 with Michael Howard.
He then became CEO in 2002, and led the business for 19 years as it "revolutionised the advisory platform market", and through its initial public offering in April 2018.
Taylor stepped down as CEO in 2020, and retired as an executive director in February 2021.
Chief Executive Alex Scott said: "We are, all, desperately saddened by the news of Ian's passing. Our condolences and thoughts at this time are with Frances, Patrick, Elizabeth, Annie and their wider family.''
Shares in IntegraFin were down 2.9% to 225.20 pence each in London on Wednesday morning
