(Alliance News) - Investment platform services provider IntegraFin Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed Richard Cranfield to the board as non-executive director and chair-elect with immediate effect.
Cranfield is, and will continue to be, a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP, the company added.
Cranfield will assume the role of chair from Christopher Munro, who has undertaken the role of non-executive chair on an interim basis since September 2018. The company expects Cranfield to assume Chair post at or around the time of its financial year end.
IntegraFin also said it has appointed Robert Lister as non-executive director. Lister is currently chair of Aberdeen Smaller Companies Income Trust PLC.
In a separate statement, the company said Cheryl Gunby, a associate of Chief Development Officer Jonathan Gunby, sold 15,000 shares in the company at GBP3.77 per share on Tuesday.
Cheryl Gunby's total shareholding, if any, after the sale was not disclosed.
Shares in IntegraFin were down 0.1% at 377.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
