Instem Issues 25,771 Shares After Share Options Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Instem PLC said Monday it issued 25,771 shares after the exercise of share options.

After admission - expected on Thursday - the life sciences IT services firm Instem will have 15.9 million shares outstanding.

Shares in Instem were 0.4% lower at 226.00 pence on Monday.
