LONDON (Alliance News) - Medical devices company Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC on Thursday said it has signed new deals with Japan's Atom Medical and Belgium's EPMC Pharma.
Inspiration has signed a one-year rolling agreement with Atom, the largest incubators manufacturer in Japan, which gives Inspiration the exclusive rights to sell a range of Atom products used in neonatal intensive care units in the UK.
In addition, Inspiration has signed a five-year deal with EPMC Pharma for the sale of its sucrose products in the UK and Ireland. EPMC makes Algopedol, an aqueous sterile oral solution used to reduce neonatal pain.
No financial details were disclosed on either agreement.
Inspiration shares were untraded Thursday morning, having last traded at 49.89 pence.
