LONDON (Alliance News) - Inspiration Healthcare Group PLC Wednesday said it has been appointed as a European service centre for US-based critical care equipment provider Bio-Med Devices Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, Inspiration will become the official servicing partner of Bio-Med's air/oxygen blenders for the whole of Europe.
The medical device company said the deal will help it to increase third-party opportunities in Europe and will lead to a greater awareness of the use of air/oxygen blenders in intensive care and resuscitation.
"We are very pleased to have signed this agreement with Bio-Med with whom we have been working for many years. This will allow us to improve significantly the level of servicing of these units as well as broadening our presence in European hospitals," Chief Executive Neil Campbell said in a statement.
