LONDON (Alliance News) - The Innovation Group PLC on Monday said it has signed a two-year business process services deal with Zurich Insurance Group AG in Germany.
Under the deal, which will start on January 1, 2015, Innovation will provide access to its network of vehicle repair bodyshops. It will run for an initial two years, with an option for Zurich to extend the deal.
The deal will cover Zurich Insurance PLC Germany and DA Direkt Versicherung.
Innovation did not provide any financial details on the contract.
"This news further underscores the strength of our capabilities in Europe and the appeal our offer has to insurers of all sizes and stages of development. Zurich is one of the world's largest, most respected insurance groups and I am proud that they can see clear benefits to working with us in the motor space," said Innovation Chief Executive Officer Andy Roberts.
Innovation Group shares were up 1.9% to 27.00 pence in early trade on Monday.
